Licenses deliver digitally after payment. Access begins immediately, so refunds are limited to the cases below.
Submit refund requests within 24 hours of purchase with order ID and reason.
When refunds may be approved
Duplicate charges, failed delivery despite confirmed payment, or activation failures verified by support may qualify for review.
Decisions are final. Chargebacks without contacting support first may revoke the license. See Terms of Use.

Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request", order ID, purchase date, and issue summary — or use Support.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Plan details: Pricing ($35 for 31 days).
